We had a Mickey Mouse birthday party for him after Emma's baptism!

Emma's Baptism......

We baptized Emma Marie on Sunday! Her Godparents are Grandpa & Molly. They did a great job! Father Mike had a beautiful service.

Hard at work and hard at play!

Emma has been the happy little girl since she has recovered from RSV. She's doing much better now after a scare in the hospital. Now she just smiles and smiles!! She's been a lot of fun lately!! As you can see, she's growing a ton too!

Tim, Benjamin, and Grandpa took down a tree last week....we hated to see our deck shade go, but it was dying and the boys were eager to take it on!! This picture is after their work was done!!

it is to dress up little girls!!! Who knew!?!?!
The Righters came down to meet Emma this past weekend! We had a nice time visiting (in between naps and feedings)! I think they think she's pretty special too!

We made it to the doctor yesterday for a weight check. Emma is now 7lbs 2.5 oz.....she's gaining like she should (phew!) - nearly 12 oz in a week! That's my girl!

First week!

It's hard to believe, but she's been here one week!!! It's been a great week overall....despite sleep deprivation! Emma Marie is such a good baby! She sleeps about 22 hours each day...love that!!!
We love our baby Emma.....or as Benjamin refers to her "my baby"!

Grandpa & Aunt Bev came to meet Emma Marie on Monday!!! Bev immediately gave her an "ahh" & was very concerned when she was crying. Grandpa loves his new little granddaughter!

There is a lot of holding of Emma at our house......except when Polar Express or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse comes on....then someone else can take the baby.!

Thank goodness for Gramma!! I don't know what I would've done without her this week. She's leaving today, & I'm going to cry just thinking about it. She has helped us so much all week & as Tim put it she definitely "took one for the team this week!" We have gotten a couple of naps in though.

Thanks Mom! You're the best mom and an even better Gramma!!! We love you!
